This is my newest painting and one of my favorites because it is a painting of the flowers on the Snowball bush in the back yard. I don't know if this is the real name of the bush, but that's what my Mother always called it and it is an apt name since the blooms look like gaint snowballs. The other neat thing is that the "snowballs" come during the warmth of spring. They remind me of people, times and places long past.
